Element 52 provides residences with mountain-inspired architecture, ranging from 1,500 to 5,480 square feet. Residences offer two- to five-bedroom options. Accommodations include kitchens with stovetops, refrigerators, dishwashers, and kitchenware. Select residences feature custom bunk beds and family or media rooms. Bathrooms include free toiletries and hair dryers. Most residences include outdoor terraces. Some units include ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, garden furniture and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. The resort has 48 residences.

Element 52 currently does not have a restaurant. Complimentary coffee, teas, hot cocoa, and sodas are available in the lobby. Evening smores kits and wine/beers are also available for guests. Telluride's restaurants are steps away.

Element 52 has two outdoor heated soaking pools and a Ski Lounge. A fitness center includes Pilates Reformer and LifeFitness cardiovascular, strength training, and cross-training machines. Peloton bikes are available. Guests have access to complimentary mountain flow trails via the gondola. Guided snowmobile adventures to Beaver Park and the Black Mesa area can be arranged. Adventures such as hiking to waterfalls and dog sledding through snowy Colorado backcountry are available. An AIARE Level 1 course offers backcountry education. The spa offers massages with enhancements.

Element 52 is located at 398 South Davis Street in Telluride, Colorado, at the base of the Telluride Ski Area. Telluride Regional Airport is 5 km away. Montrose Airport is 75 minutes away. The hotel is near Telluride Lodge #56 (1 km), Elks Park (0.5 km), and Telluride Ski Resort (2 km). The hotel provides a house car service in Telluride. Valet parking is available for $40/nightly per vehicle; self-parking is not offered. The San Juan Skyway, with five passes and ghost towns, is nearby. Other off-road routes near the property include Bridal Veil Falls, Last Dollar Road, Ophir Pass and Alta Lakes.

Element 52 offers a ski valet, which turns into a Base Camp for bike storage and trail advice during non-skiing months. Housekeeping services can be personalized. The resort fee is $35 per bedroom per night, plus tax, which includes house car service in Telluride, a ski concierge, a private ski locker, fitness center access, daily beverages in the lobby, a welcome bottle of wine, bottled water, coffee, tea and high-speed internet. Guests can arrange helicopter transfers to Silverton Mountain from Telluride Airport. Element 52 can hold packages for guest arrival. The hotel has an accessible exercise facility, public entrance and restrooms.
